Hi, I'm new here I'm trying to find a place for support for women who are trying to overcome depression

Have u seen a therapist ? When you get depressed try changing your scenery . Go for a walk in your neighborhood, park. Fresh air an sunshine is good. Get a journal and write how u feel. Make a gratitude list of everything your grateful for. Think of how short life is . You don't want to spend it sad. Find anything to make u happy an change your mood .

I have nothing in my life to be depressed about. My depression is just always there suffocating me and leaves me with a hopeless feeling.
