Go to the doctor and maybe ask if you have gallstones.I had the most horrible pain starting in my back going to the front. It took the doctors a while to think of checking my gallbladder. So just mention it by the doc to be sure.

I would talk to your doctor right away. Is the pain under your ribs on the right side? If it is I would mention it to your doctor.

Your welcome Gena.
I asked him to check the gallbladder.
He acted like he thought all this could be round ligament pain. Which I have had for 4 weeks in the past and I definitely understand that it can be worse at times but I know my body and this pain is debilitating. Much worse than RL pain!
I cant walk for peets sake!
Oh well I suppose we might get it figured out soon :/.
I will be sure to let u know :)

Baby was fine.
I have to go in a couple of days for an ultrasound to check my kidneys and my gallbladder. Had some protein in my urine today. So its just a waiting game now I suppose.

Hi Kelsy. Thanks for the advice.
Im in the waiting room at my doctoes office now.
Im just worried cause I havent felt her little flutters at all not once for almost a week! I just pray everything is ok.
On he other hand, my doc has me checkin my bp at home twice a day for a week and its only been high once. Its high now and then when I get here to the doctor. But it was low today even with the pain. Its very odd.
Hoping they figure something out.
Thanks again!

If your blood pressure is up along with the severe pain. It could be preclampsia. It's common with first time pregnancies. I even had it. Yea, it's normal for the baby to have some down time. My son went several hours without movement before, your baby is probably just sleeping along with having her days and nights mixed. The first 'real' movement I felt, was exactly at 20 weeks. If you feel at all that some thing is wrong, I wouldn't hesitate to head over to the labor/delivery part of the hospital for observation.

Hi Gena, im sorry you had to experience that.
But no, my pain is constant. I cant even roll over n bed without lots of effort and assistance.
It reminds me a lot of a back injury. If it didnt wrap around my right side the way that it does I would think I just had a severe back injury.
But all I know to do is to take your alls advice and mention it to my doctor today and pray they can do something about this.
I appreciate all of u :)

Does the pain come at a specific time?like after eating a meal or doing something? When i had collics from the gallstones it started with a sharp pain in my back and it came infront and was so bad that i couldnt sit, walk, stand,i was just in aggony. For a couple of minutes and then it would start to stop.I drove to the emergancy 4times,and had gastroscopy,conoloscopy..and finaly they did a scan i found the stones. In the end i find the symptoms are so obvious that i am angry they didnt think of checking it just because i was 22years old. Thats why i like to give advice for people that have that stabbing awful pain to mention gallstones to the doc.
Tell the doctor about the flutters.Hope you feel better soon.
