I'm about 4 weeks pregnant, still not long, but I've felt these really really bad cramps in my lower abdominal past few days, when I pee it really really hurts, and then other days it's just light cramps, is this normal? I know it's not a miscarriage as I have suffered a loss off my baby a couple months back, and the pains were much different to these, but did any of you moms experience this pain or cramps? Anything to stop it? Also what vitamins and what should I and shouldn't eat? What's unhealthy and could harm my baby?

You really need to see your OBGYN and they will discuss all the do's and don't with you then. Obviously don't drink, smoke, do drugs, or self medicate. No soft cheese, or deli meat. Just a couple of tips until you get into see the doctor.

It is completely normal to cramp. In fact, I felt like I was going to get my period any minute for the first 12 weeks.

As far as hurting when urinating? Have you been checked for a UTI?
