I am a Paternal grandmother,I have been in my 1 yr old grandsons life regularly before and after he was born.I cared for him on weekends quite often.I visited him 3 times or more a week.He cried for Nana and my daughter called me and I spoke to him all the time on the phone. She is in disagreement over my new marriage and has disconnected me with him altogether...Now has changed her phone number. What are my legal rights?.

You need to call on a lawyer who deals in family law and can tell you what your rights are as a grandparent in your state. Some states have visitation rights for grandparents and some do not. That is why you should check with a lawyer.
