PLEASE DON'T BASH ME! IV'E DONE ENOUGH OF THIS TO MY OWN SELF ALREADY.

YEARS AGO I WAS IN A LEGAL SEPERATION FROM MY EX HUSBAND BUT WAS NOT DIVORCED YET. WE HAD BEEN SEPERATED FOR TWO YEARS AND I MET ANOTHER MAN AND IT WASN'T THAT SERIOUSE YET, AND I ENDED UP HAVING A ONE NIGHT STAND WITH ANOTHER GUY AND THREE MONTHS LATER I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT. I HAVE KNOW IDEA WHERE THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER IS. I DON'T EVEN KNOW HIS LAST NAME. WELL THE MAN THAT I WAS INVOLVED WITH STAYED WITH ME AND WE FELL IN LOVE AND OVER TIME BECAME MARRIED, BUT BECAUSE I WAS STILL LEGALLY MARRIED TO MY EX HUSBAND I COULD NOT ADD HIM TO THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE. BUT I DID GIVE HER HIS LAST NAME. BUT I DID GIVE MY DAUGHTER HIS LAST NAME. NOW I AM GOING TO HAVE TO GO TO COURT TO ESTABLISH PATERNITY. MY HUSBAND WANTS TO BE ADDED TO THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE. MY QUESTION IS. WILL THE COURTS STILL ALLOW HIM TO BE ADDED TO THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE? HE HAS RAISED HER SINCE SHE WAS BORN. AND ALSO HAS HIS LAST NAME. IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

This is a very complex legal and civil situation. My advise, consult a family lawyer. A lot of times they will have free consultations and maybe you can get some information that way. But no matter what, you need expert advise. Good luck. I hope that it turns out for the best.

If he isn't her Father then I'd say he can't be put on the birth certificate.
Get legal advice though.

If he is not the biological father, then why would he be on the birth certificate??????
