Ok, now I'm confused. In another post, you have mentioned that your youngest child has given you grandchildren. That's just a bit weird, that this man would choose someone your age to impregnate with his child through rape......

If it was rape, have him charged with rape (and I am genuinely sorry that this happened to you). If he isn't charged with rape, then legally, no rape occurred. Therefore, he has rights as a father. Period. Sorry, but the law says he has rights.

Yes it is rape. My ex husband tried to rape me a few times during our marriage. I was just lucky that he was so drunk I could push him off.
Have you though about charging him with the rape? A lawyer would be able to help you with that as well.

Ty, understand, we were friends, I thought, and after he took advantage of me, I ended anything between us, period, I just felt violated, but couldn't put it into words how betrayed and hurt I felt, I thought because I allowed myself to be with him at first, it was ok, but when I said no, stop, and get off, he continued, till he was done.
It is considered rape! I recently found out for a fact.
I got pregnant and almost terminated it, but decided last minute, it's not an innocent babies fault! I kept my child, and probably should have never told him, I kept it for 5 months, but I eventually had to stop working at 7 months, and needed financial support, only reason I told him about pregnancy, now, he wants joint custody, and says he will never regret what he did! His intention was to do this to me, he was with someone who refuses to give him a child, and he wants to really be the two of them raising my little girl. I have regretted EVER TELLING HIM ABOUT MY BABY, AND WISH SO MUCH I NEVER HAD.

Sorry, but the amount of women on here say the same things about men they have been in a relationship with and had children with is huge and it gets a bit repetitive telling them to do what I said.
Like I said though, you do need to get a lawyer. This is an international site so we can't help you with a local lawyer.
Search Google for some in your area.

Yiayia, honestly the best way to handle this is by finding a lawyer love. I hope you find an affordable one to protect you and your childs rights. Good luck love.

Rape, it's called rape
Yes, he has filed for paternity, have no idea how this plays out in court.
Any real experience in this type matter, please share.

Well he was good enough to have sex with so you need to get custody, visitation and child support in place by getting a lawyer and going to court.
