Hi, I'm breast feeding my daughter & I just noticed this small pebble like bump on my breast. I kinda poked and massaged it and it went away but then came back the next day. Wondering if it could be a clogged duct or if I should go to the doctors.

Just keep an eye on it, and the next time to go to the doctor, ask about it. If it gets bigger or hurts, then call your doctor.

Is it hard? You have lymph nodes all over, including some near your armpit. They feel like a small almond under the skin. Most times they can only be felt if you really push or if you are ill and they are enlarged (that's normal). I suspect when you are full of milk, your lymph node in your is more easily felt as the milk pushes it to the surface.

No it doesn't hurt at all. I only noticed it because I was looking at my arm pit. It does go away and come back once I'm engorged. Hmmm hopefully it's just nothing!!

Blocked ducts are usually very painful, and you will feel a dense area "behind" the duct where milk is getting backed up. If it goes away after a feeding or with massage, it is probably a duct that is full and you are moving the milk along. Is it deep? Does it hurt?
If you are worried, show your doctor. My breast did have some crazy lumps and I suffered terribly with blockages on one side.
