My daughter is such a picky eater. But she is also a junky eater. It's hard cuz i'm starting to make everything into muffins! Also having to puree veggies to hide them into everything... omg! I don't know. She used to eat EVERYTHING!!! What happened. Now her ideal meal is everything hot dogs and macaroni and cheese! What do I do? Should I buy the sneaky chef book? She used to eat beans and all of that too! Idk. I guess I'm just stuck and confused! It doesn't help That I live with my mother and we don't agree on anything that has anything to deal with food.... She thinks oatmeal and peanut butter isn't good for u....

I know this is a cliche, but it is just a phase. I have 3 boys, 1 if which is actually completely past this stage and will eat just about everything. If you can hide veggies in her food and she will still eat it, then go for it! Just because she's not eating an actual green been off of her fork doesn't mean she won't benefit from it's nutrition when it's hidden inside something else she will eat! Offer her things that are healthy that she used to eat. Maybe try offering a dip. I heard of one person that would call foods by their names in other languages to get her kids interested in eating them. (For example, instead of apples, call them manzanas, might get her interested.) Good luck!
