I am a mom to a toddler and he is so picky. He only wants a few select things none of them includes any meat or poultry. How do you get protein into your toddler.

Thanks so much everyone.I am lucky that he will eat the gerber grabbers (but the organic version) so he is getting fruit and veggies. I was just concerned on protein!

My son is just like him.. What i do is juicing. I put carrots, celery, apples, and pears. He gets his vegetables right in and it is sweet enough that he likes drinking it, and it is 100% natural. Also, you can give him Pediasure (drink) it has a bunch of protein and vitamins to keep him afloat.

Almonds, soy milk, legumes, eggs, cottage cheese, peanut butter, quinoa, beans, chickpeas, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds...

Do a search on non meat sources of protein. There's a plethora of options!
