Hi I'm Sarah, I have two beautiful boys and they are a handful but when it comes to eating, I just cant get them to eat what i make! I can't be that bad of a cook hahaha....! I want my kids to eat healthy and the right amount! What is the right amount of food that a toddler should be eating everyday! I feel like as a mom I'm not meeting those needs and not taking care of them as i should be! please anyone, more than welcome to give me tips. ideas, and answers!

I also have a toddler and I don't really worry about how much she's eating. I feed her on demand. She's a snacker....she'll have her 3 meals but only 3 to 5 bites of it.

My suggestion to you is the same thing I do. I give her bite size cut up vegetables, fruits, or peanut better rolls, etc. I put them in little Tupperware's that she loves and she just snacks on it daily. I never worry about how much she's eating. She eats as much as she wants and when she wants.

This all depends on your philosophy though. Some mom's don't want their children playing and eating or sitting in their stroller and eating. Some mom's have and sit and eat rule. I don't mind.
