Does anyone know if there is a setting to disable the pink update strip that's at the bottom of the page? I have hunted through the settings and can't find an obvious setting for it. It lands right on top of the post box so I can't even hit the "submit" button. It's in the way. :-/

Unfortunately management have been having fun changing things again. If you are on a computer or laptop you can make the writing smaller by holding the CTRL key and scrolling down at the same time. That makes everything small enough to show the submit button.

We have brought it up with management but they haven't replied. There isn't a way to disable it either.

Thank you, Michelle! I truly appreciate the response! I did try the CTRL and scroll on my laptop (Mac) and it didn't work for me. That said, to get a browser page to to appear smaller/larger on a Mac... you can use the Command button PLUS either the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons to increase/decrease the page. I think this essentially does the same thing you were describing and will help keep the posting windows from being stuck behind that pink strip. Hopefully, management will listen to your feedback! Thanks again for the input! ~Jill

The only way I could submit this post was to hit the tab button and then return. The "submit" button was hidden behind the pink update strip. When it gave me options for "support", etc... I couldn't click on it... as it was behind the big pink updater bar... just had to keep hitting tab or enter until the post would go through. ANY help in how to hide that darn thing would be helpful! =)
