Hello I weight 205lbs. But before pregnancy I weighed 170. I gave birth by C section and still have not loss any weight. I have did all the natural things, exercise eating healthy, i walk 5 miles 4x a week and eat veggies and fruits lots of water and lean meat i have been doing this for 6months and only lost 6 lbs. i want to try a supplement/pill whatever you wanna call it i need a boost. i am 205lbs and i want to lose 50lbs i know its not easy but i will lose it. So someone please tell me and good supplements i could use for weight loss ,fat burning etc. please tell me if you yourself have used any products. i would like to know the name and your weight before and after you finished and how long it took to lose the weight using the supplement!!THANKS you GUYS ARE GREAT ON HERE!!!
