I no i should go to the dr. but unfortunately, I do not have any insurance, so if any of you are drs, or nurses or maybe just had this can please give me some ideas, I am 21 years old, I have 3 kids all via C-section, I've had my first in September 2010, my second April 2012, and my third October 2013. I am having really bad sharp constant pains in my lower left abs, (its not a period like cramp it just hurts) a little past my C-section scar but above it of course, I haven't been pooping as much as usual, and when i sit on the toilet and try to poop it hurts with the strain, am I constipated do i have gas?

Constant sharp pain is a concern, and really the only idea I can give you is to see a physician. If you're in the US, there are several agencies that can help with cost.

I'm just wondering how you managed to pay for having 3 babies, Cesarean, no less, but don't have insurance for a regular doctor's visit.

Sorry, but liability in giving free medical advice abounds.

See a physician.

You really need to see a Doctor or gp to a hospital. Is there no Free Clinic or something similar you can go to? What about calling your local Health department, surely they can guide you to some sort of help. Good luck, I hope you get help.
