I have a 3 year old son who seems to be very hyper and is vey naughty. he plays with everyone but there is point where he says something and nobody listens he starts being aggressive, like pushing them or hitting them. what should I do? I have even had complaints from school.

Well you just hit the nail on the head: He says something, nobody listens, so he resorts to violence and he gets attention. Does he do this with just other kids or with adults, too?

If it's just kids you need to explain to him that when he hurts kids they don't want to play with him any more. And if you catch him hurting kids at the park or at a friend's house you should immediately take him home and explain that when he hurts people he doesn't get to play any more.

Everyone knows a kid who you just dread seeing out. The one where you just give a big sigh ..roll your eyes and gear up to keep your kids safe. You don't want to be the parent of THAT kid.
Kids naturally do what has worked in the past to get what they need. He is just doing what he learned. You need to break the habit by teaching him what you want him to do instead. Perhaps you would like him to say "excuse me" when people aren't listening or tap someone on the leg or shoulder gently. Whenever you see him do this bad behavior you interject and explain what he should do is ...whatever the new thing is you wnat him to do.
