So... My 14 month old daughter has been sleeping with me in bed since she was a newborn and I just nurse her when ever she wakes and it had worked up to this point. I feel like its time for her to move into her bed for both her benifit and mine. She will only fall asleep if she is nursing and I have to wait till she's fully asleep to leave her. ( she goes to bed around 7:30 ) even then if she finds out I'm gone she cries , I have to go back in nurse her and it repeats multiple times a night. She prob wakes 5 to 6 times a night.
She has never taken a bottle and we have tried every kind there is so we just use a sippy cup for water but she refuses milk in any form . We have tried cow milk , soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk and even choc milk and she spits it out. I can't figure out what to do and I feel like everything I try she is refusing.. I need to get more sleep and not be tied down to bed at 7:30 every night (I'm only 29 there has to be a better way) I feel defeated and could use any advise from moms who have been thru this .
