He has breakfast right after he wakes up, a morning snack about an hour and a half later, lunch right before nap, nap goes from 1pm to 3:30pm, then a snack when he wakes up, dinner around 5-6pm. Bedtime is 7:30-8pm, sometimes he gets a snack right before bed too.

Hi Gel, my son is 20 months. Here's an example of his eating schedule:

Breakfast (around 8am): He usually eats a bowl of oatmeal or cold cereal like rice crispies. I also cut up some fruit for him like strawberries, grapes, or bananas. Sometimes I'll make him scrambled eggs or cinnamon toast.

Snack (around 10:30am): Crackers, peaches or grapes, and a sippy of whole milk.

Lunch (12pm): Sandwich (either preservative-free ham or PB&J), fruit & veggies. Sometimes he'll eat chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese, or macaroni & cheese. Sippy of water.

Snack (around 3:30 or 4): Toddler yogurt & crackers

Dinner (6-6:30pm): Usually whatever we are eating....spaghetti, casseroles, chicken, beef, etc etc. Another sippy of whole milk.

my son's 20 months, but he gets up at 6:30 and has some milk, then about 7:30 he has breakfast (fruit, yogurt, and either waffel, toast, egg, pancake, oatmeal or french toast). he'll sometimes have a snack of raisins or crackers around 9:30 but doesn't always want them.
between 11 and 11:30 he'll have lunch (anything that i have - ususally either a grill cheese and soup, pasta, salad, or homemade sweet potatoe fries and nuggets with veggies).
2:30 - snack (applesauce, muffin, crackers, bear paws or pudding)
5- supper (again, whatever we're having...usually either fish, chicken or beef with either rice, pasta, potatoes and some veggies)
7:30- bedtime fruit and yogurt smoothie
