Oh and try some type of nutrition drink. My daughter will only drink boost for kids(and it has to be room temp for her- she's so odd) but if you are in the US, pediasure is the most popular. Even adult breakfast drinks will also work, Special K, or Carnation Instant Breakfast would be good choices. Some are premixed bottles and some are powder you add to milk.

Hope everything turns out well for you.

I honestly don't know if you can increase their appetite. The best thing you can do is offer healthy food choices. If you cut down snacking it will increase the chances of them eating healthy meals.

I am sort of going through the same thing with my almost 3 year old. She is only eating a few bites of food in a day and tells me her belly hurts. We have informed her doctor of it and he is currently running tests on her. We have ruled out a few things but she is going in for an x-ray on Friday and see if that leads to any answers.

So long story short, let your doctor know if you are concerned. If you think he is losing weight, that would make me take him in. If not work on finding foods he likes and keep trying.
