positive Pregnancy test...After a miscarriage.

Well I posted on here yesterday that I was 4 days late and a negative pregnancy test. Well this morning I got up and took a better brand test and it is positive. Now I'm really really nervous due to the fact that I had a miscarriage in April (and we don't know why). I have a 3 year old so this will be my 3 pregnancy. This one has started out like the first one did. Just a little cramping here and there. And I have passed some brown 1 or 2 days here and there. Does anyone have some advise for me on pregnancy after miscarriage. Thank You

You need to try to take it easy for a little while. I had one miscarriage when I was 20 but I carried my daughter full term a few years later and am now currently an incubator for my second child. Just try not to stress yourself out too much and (like I said earlier) take it easy. Time will be able to tell.

My only advice is to try not to stress. Though I know from experience that is much easier said than done.

I had one pregnancy, and had two miscarriages in-between. I am not 37 weeks pregnant with our 4th, but second child.

If you are worried, you should ask your doctor to check your progesterone levels.
I have PCOS, and because of this condition my progesterone levels were on the lower side. This was a concern for us, and may have played a part in my previous miscarriages. My doctor gave me progesterone supplements for the first 14 weeks or pregnancy when it is most vital for a growing fetus to have.

Other than that, try to take it easy. I know it is easier said than done, but at this point if you have another miscarriage it will be out of your control.

My first pregnancy ended with a miscarriage but I have gone on to have 3 healthy children. Most times the cause of a miscarriage isn't known.
