My daughter is now 14 months and has been showing signs since she was 11 months that she's ready to potty I have held it of because everyone is saying she's too young but to say she's pretty much there, she wears pull up (training pants) during the day she pulls them down and goes in the potty when ever it's around, like without my help I can walk into a room and she's sitting on the potty with a book, should I just fully transition it out or try to keep her in nappys?

It sounds like she's doing just fine the way things are right now. If you can find underwear small enough to fit her you could always buy some and have her wear them and the pull up... that way if she keeps the underwear clean you can just keep reusing the pull up until it is worn out.

She may not be totally potty trained as yet. Just do not stop working with her.

I would wait a while. She is still very young and her body is not totally developed enough yet to be able to control what her actions in the bathroom are yet. She needs to be allowed to continue using the pullups and going into the potty when she is ready to do so. It is something that takes time to do and some kids do learn this early and others take longer. It is best not to push them.

Yea I've not pushed her but she gets upset when she goes in her nappy aaaaa which is very rarely at this stage but it's by her own doing not mine she doesn't have accidents when I leave her pull up off so I think she knows when she needs to go, like she gets the wipes beside her for me to wipe her when she's finished? So I'm pretty sure she is "potty trained" just a case of big girl panties?
