Pre-Teen Moody Blues

My daughter went from being a happy, bubbly, kind little girl to a moody pre-teen and I don't know from one minute to the next, who I'm dealing with. I can sense her feelings are much deeper and somewhat darker, but is there any way to soften the blow of becoming a teen? She's a very good girl with a heart of gold and I don't like seeing her in pain. I know the anguish is par for the course as she adjusts to hormonal changes, but I would love to know if there is anything I can do to help. Has anyone tried anything homeopathic?

We're actually very close and spend quite a lot of time together. We recently moved my mother in and she is suffering from a lot of health problems so I could see how that might have something to do with it. I love them both with all my heart but it's definitely more of a priority to me to make sure my daughter feels comfortable and happy.

hi, my mom said she wanted me 2 respond 2 ur story because she and i both know im going through the same thing. is there anything she isn't telling you? is there stuff going on in her life that may be you don't or do know about? is she an early bloomer? does she have achney? friend or boy problems? when was the last time you spent QUALITY time with her?
try this:
every night, when your putting her to bed, have her tell you how her day went. every day shell become more open and hopefully more happy.

good luck, brave one
yours truly,
marie
