preemie will not eat or drink milk

My DS who was born at 33weeks and 4days now 16months adjusted age14 and half months old he has no interest in eating he wont eat anything just little bites here and there. He weigh 22lb he gets very constipated when he drinks whole milk so my dr told me to use formula until he is 18months. But now he wont even drink that my dr also suggested multi vitamins and cord liver oil for him but he wont take it i have tried so many diff kind. please suggest me some multi vitamin and cord liver-oil. I'm so worried about him not eating my dr told me to keep on trying which i do every day if i force him to eat he'll just spit everything out i have tried baby foods home cooked meals i sit down with him to eat but he have no interest in food or fruits please help me what to do i have no idea no one is here to help me he is my first child. I get mad at my self maybe it's me who is doing something wrong life with a preemie is very hard. Please help me out i will really appreciate.

Toddlers frequently go through a no eating phase. Just keep it casual... offering him healthy, regular meals and snacks throughout the day and let him decide what and when he eats. Some toddlers prefer eating off of mom or dad's plate... even when it's the same food, so you might give that a try.

Smoothies made with frozen fruit, yogurt, and juice or milk (formula) are sometimes a hit. Call it a 'milkshake'. ;)
