Hi plzz i need help.
I had somehow protected sexual intercourse for the first time on 18 January. So i don't know that the sperms were touched me or not.
I sometimes have irregular period date and sometimes have regular period so My date of period was 5 for last several months before sex. So after sex again i got my period exact on date 5 February.
Then i got on 21 march, and on 30 april, and on 30 may like normal period for 7 days , had having pain in the start 3 pr 4 days as usual.
I also some time gets spots like bleed from one cycle to another.which i had experience before sex , even before 1or 2 year.so this spoting is not new things for me.
In that i took a hpt but got negative results. From some many days u feel fluter like something in my bely, in left, right, beneath, and below the belly botton. Then on 13 june i did blood test, but b_ hcg levels are at 2.3 miu .means its very low to b pregnent, So i was much condused. Then i did a pelvic ultrasound but report show empty uterus of an normal adult size, cervix, adenexa, ovaries, pouch of douglas is clear and normal. If their is any pregnancy then i would b around 20 or 21 week. I even just feel like a bump , fluter .not painful. And its not getting strong. So i don't know what is it? Plzz tell me any advice.
If i have ectopic pregnancy thn i don't feel nothing changes or symptoms of ectopic pregnancy. Plzz help

{{I had somehow protected sexual intercourse for the first time on 18 January. So i don't know that the sperms were touched me or not.}}-----This is not clear on whether you had protected sexual intercourse or not. You say you somehow had protected sex but not sure if the sperms touched you.....very confusing. Either you had protection or not.

{{In that i took a hpt but got negative results. From some many days u feel fluter like something in my bely, in left, right, beneath, and below the belly botton.}}------Okay if you were pregnant early on you would not feel any flutters anywhere in your abdomen that would indicate any pregnancy. You do not feel flutters of a baby movement until between 3 to 4 months along not early on.

{{ Then on 13 june i did blood test, but b_ hcg levels are at 2.3 miu .means its very low to b pregnent, So i was much condused.}}-----The blood tests are ususually conclusive on pregnancy if you wait long enough.

{{Then i did a pelvic ultrasound but report show empty uterus of an normal adult size, cervix, adenexa, ovaries, pouch of douglas is clear and normal.}}-----Ultrasound showed nothing? Then there is no baby.

{{ If their is any pregnancy then i would b around 20 or 21 week. I even just feel like a bump , fluter .not painful. And its not getting strong. So i don't know what is it? Plzz tell me any advice. }}-----if you feel a bump or fluttter in stomach area you need to go back to the doctor and see what it is. It is not a baby since the ultrasound showed no baby. Or it coud be anything.

{{If i have ectopic pregnancy thn i don't feel nothing changes or symptoms of ectopic pregnancy. Plzz help}}---Below is the definition of an ectopic pregnancy and it comes from the Mayo Clinic website.
-{{-An ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilized egg implants somewhere other than the main cavity of the uterus. Pregnancy begins with a fertilized egg. Normally, the fertilized egg attaches itself to the lining of the uterus.

An ectopic pregnancy most often occurs in one of the tubes that carry eggs from the ovaries to the uterus (fallopian tubes). This type of ectopic pregnancy is known as a tubal pregnancy. In some cases, however, an ectopic pregnancy occurs in the abdominal cavity, ovary or neck of the uterus (cervix).

An ectopic pregnancy can't proceed normally. The fertilized egg can't survive, and the growing tissue might destroy various maternal structures. Left untreated, life-threatening blood loss is possible.

Early treatment of an ectopic pregnancy can help preserve the chance for future healthy pregnancies.

Symptoms:
Pain areas: in the pelvis, abdomen, or side part of the body
Gastrointestinal: bloating, nausea, or vomiting
Also common: abnormal vaginal bleeding or cramping

It does not sound like you have an ectopic pregnancy.}}
