M in 28th weak of pregnancy n m not feels any kicks of my baby n m not taking calcium n iron regularly

Thnks for ur advice.nowadays m feeling very uncomfortable n not feeling hungry.whenever m taking iron n calcium

Pregnant woman need lots of calcium, potassium, and iron during pregnancy. Your body is changing quickly and it's important to get real nutrients such as iron for the babies brain development! Usually u can find this in prenatal vitamins, however during this time in your pregnancy many woman get low on iron! This can make u and baby sluggish. Talk to your doctor about fetal movement and vitamin supplements if needed. They can check your iron levels to see where they are at. Try drinking a big glass of orange juice and see if that gets the baby moving if it doesn't then try a cup of coke cola the caffeine is a stimulant. U don't want to drink allot of caffeine though just enough to help in seeing if u can get the baby moving! Their movements change and slow the farther you get so they are good and rested for birth as well.
