I had my tubes tied about ten years ago and just found out I am pregnanr. how is this possible.

It depends on where the fertilized egg has adhered.

You need to see a physician. This is not something to go back and forth on the internet about, because, as I said, it can be dangerous.

The whole deal is that your tubes have been severed. There is not any path for your egg to get to your uterus, so it's highly likely that the egg is still in your fallopian tube.

Anything is possible, and the physician preforming the ligation should have told you it's only about 98-99% effective.

It's called an ectopic pregnancy, and it can be dangerous. See your physician as soon as you can.
