I haven't had a period in well over a year. I had unprotected sex a few weeks ago. I've had very light light bleeding for the past couple days. I looked up what might be happening and am getting different things. My question is can I get pregnant without actually having my period ??

Yes you can. Why have you not been having a period? If you attribute it to menopause, you may still ovulate occasionally. If it is due to some sort of hormonal BC, that may not be 100% reliable. Unless you have had a hysterectomy, or are many years into menopause (and not on any hormone therapy) you always have the potential to conceive. Do a pregnancy test. Good Luck!
