I know this link below is a wiki link, but I read it and it is pretty clear in describing implantation bleeding and early signs of pregnancy. However, the reality is; you need to see a doctor to be 100% certain.

You could have had implantation bleeding. Who knows? Please go to your doctor to find out for sure, and when you call for the appointment make sure they know you were bleeding. Hopefully that information will get you seen sooner.

Seriously, GO TO A PHYSICIAN. Or planned parenthood. Other posters will tell you "of course you are" or "of course you aren't"...and not a single one of them will have a clue. Why? Because 1) this is the internet 2) we are not physically there with you, cannot see what you see, and finally 3) we are not doctors, nor any type of midwife, etc.
The ONLY way to find out if you are, in fact, pregnant, is to see a medical professional or a clinic.
