hi ladies,

I am due in jan with my second child.

with my first i had a wonderful pregnancy, everything was great. but after the birth i had post-natal depression. i didn't realise this for about 6 months though.

it was a tough time for everyone. my boy is now 20 months old and i have only just got over it in the past few months.

however... i founf out i am pregnant and due in january...

i'm sure i'm not the only one out there that feels this way, pressures of money, can i cope with 2 kids? will i have PND again?

this pregnancy has been rough though. i am contantaly feeling sick and tired. which leads to low self esteem which equals no sex drive!!!

all of the above and more have left me feeling very concerned. there are days i wish i wasn't pregnant ( i know this sounds terrible, please do not judge me)

i am blessed to be pregnant, i know this.. but i feel awful for feeling this way and is there anything i can do to help myself feel happy and less sick!!!

thanks for reading :) x

Oh what you are feeling is NORMAL. I had PPD after both mine, and when my oldest was 5months old I found out I was pregnant again! So my hormones were all over the place. I encourage you to go see a specialist in this, they may offer up ideas to make you less depressed and back to normal. I did this and took meds. I realize that isn't for everyone but I needed them, I thought I was going crazy for awhile. You'll be alright. Think of it this way, pregnancy is temporary and you will have a sweet little baby as the end result. Stay strong for your kid(s) and take care of yourself. Good luck to you. ****HUGS!***
