LOL sometimes people like to just create a new thread wishing loved ones a happy birthday. By the post count, I am guessing this person is new, and may not know how to start a new thread.
If you do find your way back to this post, on the main page there is a place above the posts saying "start new conversation". This is where you start a new thread. Once you post, refresh your page. It will not show up initially, this does not mean post a million until it does. Simply refresh page.

If you were 12 weeks, you'd have a positive urine test and the fetus would be clearly visible on US, even if she only checked to confirm the uterus was empty. If you have conceived, maybe you are not as far along as 12 weeks. After ablation the possibility is remote and the possibility of carrying a child to term is low.

Stephanie, have you taken another pregnancy test yet? You should definitely talk with your doctor again. As stated earlier, ablasions are a form of birth control. I asked before, did you have your tubes tied or your husband have a vasectomy?

My uterus is up high. I can feel more than just flutters . I'm sticking with what I feel . It's a very familiar feeling that just keeps getting stronger , not gas!

I'm 46 and I get flutters, ext...and my tubes have been permanently disconnected for almost 19 years.

Mine is gas, and digestion. Why are you so unwilling to believe your physicians, the test results and the ultrasound?

Pregnancy after ablation s very uncommon, if your doctor ruled it out, it is very unlikely you are pregnant. Why would you disregard the doctor and the US findings so quickly?

When I had my ablasion done they said it could be fatal if I fell pregnant.
Like Jodi said, it is more than likely gas you are feeling. I get it as well.

Typically doctors will not do a uterine ablasion without some other form of birth control in place, like having your tubes tied or your partner having a vasectomy.
An ablasion removes the lining of your uterus and often they cauterize the uterus also to ensure there is no lining left behind. This means the egg cannot attach to the uterine wall.
Please seek further assistance from your doctor, cause after all we are just on the internet trying to help.

Oh, I totally understand....but I am 47 and get flutters in my stomach too. Not to mention some other symptoms occasionally. It may just be hormonal. Have you had your hormones checked? I highly doubt it is pregnancy if an ultrasound found nothing. And 12 weeks is not the baby causing flutters........it isn't the baby moving, even if you WERE pregnant - it is still probably gas.

I am 40, and these feelings I have are just like my other pregnancies. I had a very flat tummy and felt my other babies early on. I have had an ablation years ago and have fibroids too! Just scared they are missing somrthing

It is unlikely, at 12 weeks, not to pick it up in the ultrasound. At 12 weeks, it is unlikely to even be feeling flutters even if you were pregnant. It is probably gas. How old are you? The changes may be hormonal.
