I have SPD and my OB says it's a normal part of pregnancy and I need to suck it up. Is that right? I feel like my doctor is ignoring my concerns and brushing me off. This is seriously painful and debilitating. I can barely get out of bed to use the bathroom. Anyone have any advice for me?

I had the exact same problem last pregnancy and am pretty much just waiting for it to rear its ugly head this time around (I was told if you have it once you're most likely to get it again). It is SO unbelievably painful. Especially laying down and then when first getting up. Unfortunately, I was told the same thing. About 1/5 women experience it on some level. I found sleeping with a firm pillow between my legs helped a little, but unfortunately there's really not much you can do. I am so sorry.
