I just spoke to my daughters doctor about this today and he said that it is normal to start signs at 7-9 years of age, she will be 9 in a couple of weeks. He also said that this can happpen for sometime before she starts her ladys time. She has under arm hair and acne now, it is normal I was told.

Thank you Katherine and Sarah for your answers;

my daughter is 7 y.7months, about ( months ago she started to develop quickly in size and in shape. She grows ongoing everyday, literally in less than 4 months 3 cms and doesnt seem to stop.

Her breasts, her physical constitution just changed! No signs of hair under her armpit though, but on the pubic area.

We have been the last months among blood tests, hand x rays and doctors consultations non stop, and now we are waiting for an ecography just to see development in her internal femenine organs. If she is in this hormonal rush, the doctors told me that they will start this "once a month" (x 3 years approx.) hormones treatment. My problem is: I am struggling in nervs and tears, i cant handle to see my bbgirl get shots every month for such a long time!!!

Signs of Precocious Puberty

In girls, the telltale signs of precocious puberty include any of the following before 7 or 8 years of age:

breast development

pubic or underarm hair development

rapid height growth — a growth "spurt"

onset of menstruation

"mature" body odor

How old is she?

Yes, it can happen. The youngest mother ever was 5 years old (her father was arrested but never charged for lack of evidence - it was1939).
