My daughter is 9 and signs tell me hormones are raging! I am looking for any tips on the best way to describe what she needs to know about puberty in the easiest way possible!

if she is showing some physical changes as well as her mood, then she needs to know everything. Does she understand about menstruation, and what to expect?
Ther is a book published by The American Girl Company called; "The Care and Keeping of You" If covers everything from eating healthy, skin care, getting your period, using deodorant, shaving your legs and so on. You may want to check it out and go over it with her. Let her know you will answer any questions she has and she can ask or tell you anything no matter what.
