Go back and read your posts. You are talking about a child who has not been born yet and whether or not said child will request a bra at age 5. I am a mother of two girls and a school nurse for hundreds. I don't know one single 5 yo wearing a bra. So where are you getting this info. this girl child will wear a bra someday, but right now you need concern yourself with diapers, pacifiers, formula, car-seats and cribs. A bra it the last of your worries. IMO your question is the equivalent of me asking if my 19yo son will be a good grandpa? He has not even started the journey.....neither has this child

Hey moderator, I am a moderator too.
You closed the post due to rude language? Did you read my posts? I was not rude and I feel this a worthy debate. I reopened the thread.

Ok you want an answer:
Q: Why do little girls 5-10 even need a bra?
A: They don't, unless they have actually developed breast tissue and the doctor can tell you that.
There is the answer to your question.

I don't know where you get your info but I don't know one single 5 yo in a bra.
If you don't have a daughter, I don't know why you'd wonder. If you are expecting a daughter, I'd think you'd be more concerned about her immediate needs rather than those 5-10 years down the road.

What I don't get is why you think you need to build a knowledge base on the subject. When a child needs a bra, it is apparent. To prepare for the potential of a future partner having a five yo needing a bra is really weird.
Explain your reason for needing to know and maybe it will come across has helpful

You have no kids, so why do you even want to know?

well id say that so far the women that have responded to my question have been far less then helpful, in fact so far you all have been something of hostile to my question

I have yet to hear about a 5 yo in a bra, so I don't know why you even care.

"If" your future "wife" has a "child" that needs a "bra" no doubt mom will handle it. Are you a father?

well I just thought that someone would be able to help me understand why I keep seeing this, and if my future "wife" does have a girl should I start we start her as early as 5 years old with bras
