I have a couple questions. I have 2 boys. 1 is going through potty training stage. I have tried everything I could think of. But nothing is getting him to go on the potty instead of his pants. As in he wont tell me when he needs to go. Also I read on a comment that when you wanna clear cradle cap. You use oil then wash there hair?

If you want to clear cradle cap, you gently wash with baby soap. Oil doesn't work, and I don't know where they got that idea.

If they're older than baby stage, cradle cap may need to be treated with a mild dandruff shampoo.

and for the other, if he's not ready to train, he won't do it. Sounds like a resounding "not ready" signal coming from that one. How old is he?

Adding one little thing to what Shawnn said, it helps to use one of those "newborn" hairbrushes with the really soft bristles to remove the cradle cap. Gently rub in circles with the warm, baby soapy water.
