Questions about weight gain/loss experience?

Hi mommies,
Im a FTM and I'm very worried about my rapid weight gain. Im 32w3d and already gained 20kg. I have always been in shape pre pregnancy, I'm 5'2 and 108 lbs. I didn't gain weight in my first trimester, which means, i gained all the 20kg during the 2nd and 3rd trimester. so I want to ask your experiences with this, i know every pregnancy is different, but i just want to know some of your experiences :)

1. How many kilos did you gain during pregnancy?

2. How much weight did you lose immediately?

3. What type of exercise did you do and how soon did you start?

4. How long did it take you to get back to pre-pregnancy weight or whatever weight you wanted to be?

108 lbs at your height is completely normal. In fact, it is a bit under weight. You are tiny. Your body needs to produce nutrients for your baby. Just continue to eat healthy and you will be fine.

Binge eating and yoyo weight gain ,lack of excersice. Personally took me a long time to loose it. Fad diets, magic pills all money making scams.

Size 8 to a 16 after baby. Around 6 months forced my self to get on with it and hit the gym in the evenings three times a week. Size 10 now but still those pastrys and cakes are so tempting!!!

Running/ weights and watching what I eat.

Motivation pics of big woman who successfully slimed down on Facebook. Reminders.

Zumba is also fantastic for weightloss! Plenty of water,.... EAT PASTA RUN FASTER
