Raising a terminally ill child

My 6 year old daughter was born with a congenital heart condition known as HLHS.
She's a spirited little thing and an all-out fighter. Nevertheless, in the past month or so, things have gone rapidly downhill in regards to her health and we have spent the last two months in hospital with her.

We are now hoping to have her home soon and have enlisted the help of an end-of-life care agency to help us ensure that her needs are met.

I am 7 months pregnant with our second child. Whilst we are of course, so excited for his upcoming birth, how we are going to cope is swiftly becoming a concern of mine; particularly how we are going to manage the delicate balancing act of meeting Mia's needs as well as that of a newborn baby.

And don't even get me started on the emotional side of things! Not really sure what my question here is, I guess it is just how do you cope bringing this perfect newborn child amidst the grief and struggles of raising a terminal child?

I can't offer any advice but my heart goes out to you. Many prayers for you and your family...
