My 3yr old little girl has a rash that runs from her the top of her vagina to her tail bone. The first doctor prescribed a cream that did nothing. My family doctor gave a prescription of nystatin for what looks like a yeast infection. We tried both creams. This rash has come back with a vengeance. She is itchy, sore and miserable. Please help!

I had an issue with my oldest having bad diaper rashes, at a point nothing seem to work. I had an elderly relative tell me to use baking soda/powder . I tried it and it worked - by next morning it was so much better. For the pain I would do the neosporin with pain relief. Hopefully you find something that helps.

Has she has anything new she might have had an allergic reaction to? Might try some allergy cream. Maybe some children's Benadryl. Desitin always worked for my kids.
