My newborn son is 3 weeks old and he has a red rash on his cheek. He also has little red bumps on his forehead. The rash on his cheek started out as one bump then gradually spread. I assumed it came from being kissed or being sensitive to his sisters chapstick. Its circular kind of like a ringworm but the center is a rash. It doesnt itch nor leak and its dry. Anybody know what this could be and what I should treat it with?

The doctor will tell you how to treat them. Or you can just call the office and describe them over the phone to a nurse.

That is pretty normal to have happen. It sounds like baby acne or eczema? . Don't touch them. Don't put anything on them. And don't pop them. They will eventually go away on their own. But my opinion is to have the pediatrician take a look just to make sure it is nothing more. We cannot see him.
