So, I don't really know how to handle my almost 14 year old son and his "girlfriend(s)"? One week, it's one girl, then the next it's a different one. They aren't meeting anywhere or anything but i don't want him to feel like he always has to be in a relationship. I don't know if I should be worried or not. He's my 1st teen, so I'm not to sure how to navigate thru the teen years......

Well you certainly don't want him to be jumping from relationship to relationship and be dependent on girls.

I would definitely have a long talk with him about this. Explain that relationships aren't everything and he needs to focus more on himself.

I would start about him know about sex, std, and pregnancy. This may be awkward but so is raising a grandchild. If there is a male figure in his life you could have them help out. Open communication is very important in the teen year but not always easy to obtain. Good luck with this. :)
