Recipes for Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Egg Free Baby

My son is 9 months old and has a severe dairy allergy, moderate egg white allergy and gluten sensitivity. He is an amazing eater but I'm looking for new foods and recipies to introduce. The vegetable purees are getting a bit boring....Any suggestions??

All three of my kids are dairy and gluten-free so I totally relate! When they were babies I fed them dairy free yogurt products that are coconut milk based, gluten-free oatmeal, chia seed pudding (homemade with coconut milk) sweet potato pudding made with coconut milk, along with lots of pureed veggies.

Most of what we eat and make are pureed guacamoles+tomatoe sauces, try not using canned if u can help it, msg can also be problematic. I find tomatoe sauces and guac are a great way to get in the veggies babies so much need. Cholestoral(meats) and efa's are very super important for baby and children, for us all really for good health as well as a vitamin+mineral supplement which gives u as many of the 90 essential nutrients as possible(we take tangy tangerine by Youngevity+omegas) I know its contrary to popular belief but more studies are coming out saying they were wrong about cholestoral. I find pinterest amazing for recipes, paleo are great too! as well as Jamie oliver 15 min meals or save with Jamie on youtube(u can always use different things for recipes). My best advice too is to avoid packaged foods, colorings+especially all forms of sugar. Bless! I think unfortunately Primal might be the may u gotta go, I pretty much have had to as well, but I pray one day we all will heal from the allergies/sensitivities!
