My son is 3 years old and he won't eat a lot of things. For example he won't touch vegetables at all. He only eats fried chicken, french fries, junk food, omelets, peanut butter, and noodles. He won't touch noodles if they have anything in them, Not even spaghetti sauce. What can I do to get him to eat his vegetables?

Thank you Michelle. But he won't go hungry because he has school breakfast and lunch. I have tried that but he just got up and snatched food away and ran into his room and locked the door. I opened the door with some keys but by that time he already locked the door.

Cook healthy meals and don't have any of the junk food. You need to be strong and let him know that he has to eat what you give him or he goes hungry. He will eat when he's hungry enough.
Maybe introduce it slowly at first since he is in the habit of getting the junk food. Serve up vegetables with each meal and say he has to have 1-2 mouthfuls before he gets the rest of his meal. You need to be strong and not back down though otherwise he will continue to rule you in what he eats.
My kids have gone through phases where they haven't eaten certain things but they eventually understand they don't get anything else. It can also take children 10 times of trying things before they will like it so keep persevering. He won't starve himself so don't give him what he's asking for just so he has something to eat.
You need to get it under control now otherwise it could lead to health problems later.
