Hi Moms, My one year old is refusing to eat anything but Cheerios... He was a good eater he would eat anything you place in front of him but it seems like this last week or so he won't eat. Has anyone experience this? If so what are some tips you can share. He is my first and only so I could use the help :)

I have 3 children and they are all good eaters because I made sure the first foods they ate were savoury foods. My children didn't have anything sweet until they were at least 2!!!
YOU are the parent and it is YOUR say in what your children eat. YOU need to take control now or they will run rings around you later!!!

Don't cave in and give him the Cheerios. All you are teaching him if that he holds out long enough, you will give him what he wants. If you need to, hide them or throw them away so they are out of sight.
You need to be the parent and don't let him get what he wants. If you only offer him healthy foods he will eventually eat them.
