My son is 1 and I stopped breastfeeding him when he was about 2 months and I regret it! I would like to start back up again but I am wondering is it to late or how difficult it will be... any suggestions??

At 1 yrs old this might be pretty difficult. As a child becomes older they become more independent. My guess is that you are going to have a hard time trying to get him to stay long enough to nurse. Also at the age of 1 yr they are not nursing as often so you will not be able to get your production back up. My question to you would be why would you want to start back up nursing at this point in time? Is this something more that you are struggling with that maybe you need to work through? With each milestone comes changes and sometimes these changes are hard to adjust to. To help instead of looking backwards look forwards. With each new milestone that is accomplished brings a new learning and a new adventure. Enjoy where your child is at.....if you live in the past you miss the present.
