I've been wanting to try and give my three month old rice cereal in her bottle at night. Any recommendations?

No......a 3 month old should be only on formula or breastmilk. That is where ALL their nutrition is coming from for proper growth and brain development. Cereal should also only be feed by spoon....not in a bottle. Baby food and baby cereal is meant for babies to learn how to eat by spoon and different textures. For babies under a year old the is no nutritional value in baby food or baby cereal.....all their nutrition comes from formula or breastmilk.

My recommendation is don't do it. 3 month old babies need more milk/formula if they are hungry, not the empty calories of rice cereal. A baby shouldn't have solids introduced until around 6 months old. There are all sorts of risk factors associated with feeding an infant solids too young.

Secondly, you should never, ever put rice cereal in a bottle as it is a choking hazard.
