I stayed home with my son since he was born in 1991. when he was about 15 my parents health started to decline. I cared for them all day, took to doctors, got meds, etc. also tried to get them out of the house some times, out to lunch or a movie. this was difficult with two parents who could barely walk. after my dad died my mom broke her hip and everything went downhill from there. I did everything for her and wheeled her around stores etc in her chair. I would then rush home to meet my son from the school bus. mom died six months ago and my son is 21 now. My knees have gone bad on me. now that I could work, I cant work. I am very depressed right now and just wanted to touch base with anyone else who was in my position. how do you deal with it all?

I'm not but I've done aged care, it must have been tough looking after your own parents 24/7 :( Maybe you could get a desk job where you sit down most of the day or do a fun course you're interested in
