Had sex with girl on February 16th...haven't heard from her in 9 months. She contacted me the other day (November 1st) and said she is due in next 30 days possibly due to her last appointment ultrasound the doctor saying she was possibly 2 weeks ahead of what first expected. Her ultrasound at 19 weeks supposedly from her was on July 24th which if marched out would make her due in December. If we had sex the 16th of February it would make her due this week if all the conception calendars are correct at giving a due date....at what point can I sigh relief it's not mine?

No. Not always. You have to know the length of her cycle and which point in her cycle she was in when you had sex. Depending on that, the actual conception could take place as much as 3 weeks after you had sex. There is also the possibility that the baby's development is off--some develop faster then slow down, others slower then speed up. It's not an exact science, so even the doctor's prediction based on the size of the fetus can be way off.

Wouldn't that put her due mid November if we had sex mid February...not due December?

When you get the paternity test results.

Honestly, conception calendars are not very accurate at all and it is almost impossible for even the best doctors to predict an accurate conception date because there are so many variables.

Your best bet is to wait until the baby is born, then order a paternity test.
