Hey mums. Could you help me out plz.

My little lads 9 n 1/2 months eats everything I give him (meat, veg, yogs, buttons, whatsits, banana ect) but I'm afraid to give him the bigger things like toast and carrot sticks. Though he's in the middle of cutting his 3rd and 4th teeth, I'm just so scared to give him bigger stuff, and I know I'm slowing his development down. How do I over come this? :( thanks X

Start off by giving him these little puffs things (you can find them at Wal Mart in the baby food isle). They are awesome! They pretty much dissolve in the child's mouth so there is really no choking hazard. They are small enough for little fingers to pick up easily. You can also try him on crackers as well.

I know it is scary thinking about how much your child has grown, but it's a great thing. Just keep reminding yourself that one day your child is going to be so independent and that is going to be the best feeling in the world. You just have to let go a little bit.
