I'm 23 I had a miscarriage last may and now found out I'm expecting a baby in September I'm so scared for labour I don't really know what to do. I've been struggling with pregnancy getting loads if cramps and feeling so tired is this normal ?

Im so sorry to hear that. I was extremely tired and would pass out at random. Never fully figured out why. All my tests were normal and I felt wonderful until just before I would pass out. I know the key is to not stress, ever. I am in management and I just let things roll off or I would go crazy. Especially with those pregnancy hormones. Drink lots of water and take short walks made me feel great. Have u gone to see your Dr? I wasn't worried about labor. I was fine all the way up till my water ruptured and I went to triage where they confirmed my little guy would be coming soon. Reality hit when I got to the delivery room and my water fully ruptured. It was over so quickly. I opted for the epidural even tho I wanted to try without. I thought it was a great experience. My son is 7 months and were already planning on trying for a second sometime after he's a year.
