scattered subcortical white matter - MRI

I am not sure if I am posting in the right place. My son is now 15 months and has had 4 febrile seizures, 3 of them happened the same day. He was admitted to the hospital and had an MRI and the results where scattered subcortical white matter, I don't remember what else, my husband has been obsessing over this read some scary stuff on Google. I am scared too but I need to stay strong.

My son just started crawling about a week or two ago and he can pull up to stand. He still does not walk and he only says 2-3 words now. What has me scared right now is that he twitches and jerks every time he is sleeping. That is the only time when he does it. It seems like he is not getting rest at night but during the day he is pretty energetic and happy.

I am wondering if anyone has gone through this and if you have been diagnosed, we still don't know anything about what it could be and the unknown is very scary. I appreciate the help or any encouraging messages. We are currently going to physical therapy which I think has helped in his starting to crawl.
