Hello. I'm pregnant with my second one. This time around it's slightly more complicated. Feeling terribly tired, nauseous and accompanied by my hormones going bonkers. If anyone has any advice & tips on how to alleviate symptoms, that would really help. Also, is it ok to drink 2 cups of coffee per week at least?

Peppermint candies, lemon water worked better for me, you can also try ginger candies. Have small meals often, avoid spicy, fried, fatty foods, these foods really make the condition worse. Eating something (like biscuits/toast) in the morning as soon as you wake up makes the condition better.
If possible carry a body lotion of peppermint or lemon fragrance, so that whenever you feel nauseating you can apply the lotion for fragrance.

Hello, I was coping with severe morning sickness and was unable to keep down even water. No to morning sickness tea soothed me and I got rid of this freaky morning sickness plus NVP.

You can have one cup of regular coffee per day. Mints, brushing your teeth, small frequent snacks. Having a small snack in bed before you actually get up helps too. How many weeks are you and are you certain it is not more that one baby?

Ginger Ale worked wonders for me to sip on, not necessarily drink like you would water, but occasional sips helped a lot. If I was somewhere I couldn't have ginger ale handy I would have peppermint candy on hand.
