I am ten weeks pregnant, but haven't had any morning sickness, but I do feel nauseous when I think about it and also from certain smells. Is this normal?

Totally normal.

I had to have a neighbor help me prepare dinner because I couldn't handle the smell of raw meat cooking. Once it got past raw stage, I could take over.

Oh, totally. And it's frustrating, too! to be honest, I never figured out a good fix for it, either, but my hubby was really good about not smoking in the vehicles, or when he was around me, since that was another trigger.

The raw meat thing went away after the first trimester, but the smoke didn't...ugh.

I've heard that, if you can keep a couple of saltines close to nibble on during that feeling, it may help. I tried it, but it didn't seem to help me much...but doesn't hurt to try...

Good luck. Hopefully, after the first 12 -14 weeks, it will mellow out for you.

Well see mine is like I'm always slightly queasy feeling but certain smells just make me gag like for me it's smoke. My fiancée is a smoker and when he comes home from work the smell will be in his jacket and it will make me so sick. And just thinking of certain things makes me gag. Is that normal too?
